I made reservation for two rooms for two persons including me through Expedia. I presume Expedia transferred two rooms separately, I think because of the reservation of two rooms under my name only. Nevertheless, hotel front staffs insisted one room reservation only. They missed one more reservation although they received separately. I insisted the reservation of two rooms while showing the evidence(written confirmation of the reservation). I called Expedia Japan via Expedia USA, long distance call to explain about the fact that our reservation was correct. It took about an hour for them to accept
two rooms. That is why they are the worst hotel although they are actually 5 star Hotel.
My second visit which was better than the first mainly through discovery. Room Service maybe. I saw plates outside a room but can't find reference. Rooms are very good and the bed very comfortable. Food is okay too. Happy to go there again

On The Doorstep to a Theme Park
Lovely hotel with large comfortable rooms. Appears quite new. Positioned next to a large theme park. Though it boasts a European Restaurant it does not cater to the international traveler. Chinese only spoken, certainly no English apart from a few phrases. Do not miss their restaurant times as there is no room service or meals available otherwise. Serviced regularly by taxis but the concierge does not order them, you just wait, in a queue. No shop for snacks. I was there on business and will make a point of staying there again.

睡床很舒適, 服務as normal
They sometimes does not received the order from Hotel.com within ONE day. They used 20 mins to check with their ordering department!!
