Great stay for family

Great stay for family with plenty of space. Very clean apartment with plenty of extra linen and towels. Full kitchen with all utensils etc you need. Very close to Dunden Station/Eton Shopping Centre, 5-10min walk. Very easy to check in, just send message or email to Rivet Stays and someone came in 5mins to let us in. Very much recommend.

The place was pretty good but it is on the edge of downtown and there are a ton of scuzzy, drunk/high/psychotic people hanging around. No problems but it was extremely uncomfortable. Stay to the west of Jarvis Street is my advice.

They advertised that you'll have a dining table for two, but in the end, it was a coffee table. We got an apartment facing the interior of the building, the balcony was filthy and basically of no use. The unit was well equipped and clean. The bed was small, not a queen but a twin. The location is not great, but you can walk to the best part of Downtown.

It was a bit of a rough check in, couldn’t find the lock box because it was not there and the room was still in progress of being cleaned. Communicating via WhatsApp was helpful and resulted in quick responses. We did lose wifi for a day and that too was resolved quickly. Would stay there again.

Apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and easily accessible. Amazing views of Toronto from the 44th floor. The Underground parking was reasonable for a big city and although a little complicated to enter the building from the car park, departure was a breeze. The space is ideal for 3 ppl max. Our family of 4 was cramped in the space. There are no towel hooks anywhere to hang towels in the bathroom or back of the bedroom door etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the company was very friendly to deal with
