The Westerly, was run down and also inhabited by monthly renters. To check in , you have to go down the block and across the street, to the Days Inn hotel. The amenities offered for the Weatherly are actually at the Days Inn. The pool, hot tub and breakfast are all at the Days Inn. We actually stayed at the Days Inn. The staff were great! The property is a little run down, but clean and adequate. The price was great. The hot tub was hot and the pool was heated.

I booked a Queen Deluxe room with a kitchen, but upon arrival I was told the room was unavailable due to an alleged incident. I later confirmed with authorities that no such incident occurred. We were moved to a smaller room in a different building without a kitchen, and this was only disclosed after we had already signed the check-in paperwork. Check-in took a long time, and when I asked about switching to another available unit listed online, I was told no alternative could be offered. We were not given the option to upgrade, even at our own expense. While at the front desk, I witnessed another couple trying to resolve a billing issue, which added to the overall concern about how guests are treated. This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here based on our stay.

Very clean room comfy bed. Pool was crunchy big globs of hair to dodge. Hot tub perfect. They really trying hard to fix the place up. The breakfast good, they had doots open all the time so mass flies in the way. Guess they hungry too. I booked Westerly Motel but the sign said check in at Days Inn. Across street at Days no hello or welcome. Joshua at desk busy talking to maintenance so i felt i was interruption In fact i don't think he has customer experience I had to interrupt him a few times while there never say hi and acknowledged me.the hospitality staff very courteous. Dont think i will be back.

The corner room allowed view of street from 2 different areas, there is a small fridge, one microwave and a coffee maker. The surprise was a massage chair. The bedroom was small with no place for clothes. Bathroom was very clean but there was no toilet paper holder! The TV was way too big for the room. We will stay there again. Breakfast is across the street in the Days Inn.

Do not stay here

The room smelled terrible from the initial opening of the door. It smelled of mold, dampness and just moldy/must. The bed was made with fitted sheet, damp blanket, flat sheet and then another damp blanket. The blankets had holes that looked like cigarette burns and there was stitching on at least one of them. The floors were uneven and absolutely terrible. The LVP was torn up either from the bed or from a hammer. The bathroom was disgusting. The towels were laid out on the top of the toilet covering the push button. The toilet paper was sitting on top of that as the toilet paper holder was torn from the wall, thankfully either thrown away or hidden, but still gone. It was incredibly odd that I had to go to the Days Inn nearby to get my keys. I honestly wish I had stayed there instead. I will never stay here again, and I would never recommend anyone ever stay there.

The office is a block away. Other people smoke right outside their rooms and the smoke smell comes in my room. Handy to beach and staying with a dog. Will not stay there again.

I was on a tight budget; you get what you pay for. The recliner didn’t recline as the handle to put feet up did nothing. Although there was a mini pot to heat water there was no way/ place to plug it in unless you sat under the counter. Wifi was sketchy. But I was there for the ocean. Bed was comfy.

Shelter for Homeless people of all nations.

The westerly motel is totally different in reality then it's advertised or pictured on websites. I reserved 2 rooms for our party and on the website it says sleeps 5 per room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. In one room it was only 1 bed and the other room had 1 bed and barely working sofa bed that was all super dirty, stained and smelled of cigarette smoke. The rooms both smelled of mold and one also of the cigarette smoke. Huge rip off, will never stay again and don't recommend to anyone. When asked for a different room or some discount, neither one was provided.

Better than a big boring hotel chain

Cool little spot. It's quiet and off the main road through town, but not too far away to be inconvenient.

First thing was we had to check-in at an entirely different hotel which was not expected at all. Second, within minutes of looking at the room the shower curtain slammed onto the floor before we even entered the bathroom and when I picked it up it was soaking wet. The coffee maker not only already had old water in it but was cracked all over the place. The paper cups were stuck together as if they were stacked wet. The couch cushions were very stained, the blanket on the bed was MAJORLY stained and actually moist with holes. The towels in the bathroom were already wet as well. The windows in the bedroom and bathroom were open upon arrival, and the bedroom had a hole in the wall from the door knob. There was no air conditioning or ability to adjust the thermostat to a cooler temperature so it was very hot and very muggy. The bathroom door wouldn't lock even with the push button lock. Our key didn't seem to lock the front door from the outside and had to be locked from the inside when we would leave. Amenities like the pool, hot tub and breakfast mentioned in the booking site were at the separate hotel we had to check-in. The pool actually had a section of the ceiling that seemed heavily damaged and almost falling in. I absolutely would not recommend this facility to anyone especially for a charge of $175 for one night. And definitely hope for some sort of refund.

We were told in the booking there were two beds and that the room had cooking facilities. There was one bed, no cooking facilities, no night stands on which to put necessary items. The toilet paper was sitting on the window sill and was rough and of poor quality. The clerk tried charging $10.00 extra per hour for early check in, and he argued about trivial matters. The room was cramped, and the hairdryer and bathroom fan were out of order. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in.

Room was not level fridge & living room side table were slanted. No linens for extra bed & only 2 towels in the room. Rooms definitely have moisture problems. Guy working the front desk wasn't friendly at all but the girl working the evening shift was very nice & helpful & got us bedding & their last 2 towels. Breakfast was disappointing, same guy was just sitting at the desk instead of replenishing breakfast items...waffle mix, eggs & juices were all empty! Bees were everywhere ...wasn't terrible but definitely room for improvement
