Amazing Views

It would be hard not to have a beautiful view in any direction from this hotel. It's very conveniently located to the train station and we enjoyed the location. The included breakfast was very good, the half board dinner was not. It would be nice if the rooms included a refrigerator for grocery store items, as we bought most of our food from the Coop because it is very expensive to eat in Wengen. We rode the cable cars up to Mannlichen and hiked down (this is a long hike down and would be very difficult to go up). We also went to Jungfraujoch and because we had Swiss half fare cards, it was nice to see, however, it was still very expensive and if I had paid full price, I would have been disappointed. Our favorite thing was Grindelwald First and all of the activities there. It was so much fun. Finally, we went paragliding off of Mürren with Air-Time Paragliding and it was SO MUCH FUN. Wengen is definitely a must see location and staying up there was fun. Trains around the Lauterbrunnen area, and even into Interlakken are frequent and easy to navigate.

The resort was comfortable and is located in an ideal and beautiful spot! We were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, and the views were amazing! They also had an outdoor hot tub where you can see the mountains! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only downside was with COVID safety, the buffet was self-service, not all guests were sanitising theire hands prior. But other than that, hotel was pleasant, and worth the price!

Perfect location it’s is located right in front of the train station. If you are a tourists with bags this location will make your life easy!! Can’t talk enough about the views from our room. Wengen definitely has beautiful view of jungfru mountains. Breakfast was nice!

Excellent hotel , extremely recommended

Great amazing hotel, breakfast included, wonderful very beautiful views , from the room and even the dinnig room you eat seeing the mountains very close to the train station yet quiet inside ,friendly staff great experience recommended i want to return to Wengen to stay in this hotel.

The hotel and its staff were great and a very nice place. Only item not the hotels fault to know was the town for supposedly being a quiet non car mountain town was LOUD. Right outside the window/balcony below there was some kind of glass recycling depot with glass smashing all day and carts banging at 6am, the cog train tracks were out front and the train is extremely loud rolling up every 30 mins. The bells ringing in the town from 5am to midnight, helicopters flying right by and there were some cars in the town. It was as noisy or worse than most cities we stayed in :(. Murren was a much better choice we stayed there the day before.
