A six night stay for the opening weekend of Oktoberfest. Very friendly, welcoming front desk team. Hotel lobby is bright and clean. Restaurant area looked spacious and well equipped. Room was spacious and clean, beds were a little firm for my liking but it did not affect my sleep. The hotel was quiet at night, despite the time of year. Very easy for transport links around the city and plenty of local shops, and places to eat. Also with in easy walking distance of Englischer garten.

Nice clean room but very basic. Would be great to have fridges in the rooms. Breakfast served in the hotel next door and was ok. Basic buffet breakfast. They were kind enough to provide an iron and ironing board when asked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Public transport was easy to use. Good stay.

L'hotel est correct, chambres assez grandes au calme. Il est situé dans une zone d'immeubles de bureaux, proche d'un arrêt de tram, donc assez pratique pour se rendre en centre ville (en 20 minutes environ).

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal ist mehrheitlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gibt leider auch Ausnahmen. Besonders hilfsbereit, flexibel und hilfsbereit war das Reinigungspersonal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Ungemütliches Bett und veraltete Zimmerausstattung

Leider war das Bett ungemütlich. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat schlecht bis gar nicht funktioniert. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit Snacks oder Getränke bspw. an einem Automat zu kaufen. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Servicepersonal sowie der unkomplizierte Check-In. Ich werde allerdings nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Very bad overall. First. They only send emails in german. Impossible to do online check-in in English. We don't feel welcomed. Email is not clear if we are on premium building or business building. They gave me room 143 and told me it was on 4th floor. It was not. Room is ugly and soulless. The pillows are too small and they only have 2. My key card stopped working. Had to ask reception to reactivate it. No dental kit, or any kit. All of that for only one night. Wouldn't come back
