The grounds are well kept, the outdoor pool was very comfortable. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by all the best restaurants, NH attractions and beautiful mountains. The staff were very accommodating to my minor issues. The rooms have everything you need, I was surprised to find a well stocked kitchen, I could have prepared Thanksgiving dinner in these rooms. definitely recommend a stay here, you wont regret it.

6/10 Good

We booked two rooms and thought we will have right next to each other but they screw it up badly since they didn’t really communicate well and the rooms are like two different buildings and was sad that we didn’t get to see our family friends.

Perfect location for a weekend skiing at Attitash! You can walk to the slopes and you have everything in the flat to cook a good dinner. Perfect for 4 people.

This is a great place for a great price if you are skiing at Attitash. You can leave your front door and walk to the mountain. They also provided free snowshoes to go on their trails. The restaurant and bar close at 8pm. Highly recommend.

Beautiful mountain lodge. Only complaint is that our bed was a Murphy bed and the mattress was a little uncomfortable.
Jenise, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

An amazing property with lots of amenities.

Overall the property and staff were amazing. My only complaint was the air conditioner cycling on/off all night disrupting my sleep. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub felt amazing after a day spent hiking. The on-site restaurant was also very very good, enjoy.

My grandsons loved and the outdoor pool and the basketball court. The trail to the Saco River was scenic and lovely.
Ellen, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The concept of the property is great. Amazing amenities. Cute little restaurant. Spacious rooms. Front desk staff was very nice. Not the cleanest room and whatever you do DONT book a Murphy bed room ( wouldn’t even consider it a sleepable bed)

8/10 Very good

We really enjoyed it there. Our unit was in great proximity to the clubhouse and pools. The kitchenette was great and saved us money on meals. It had all the utensils and pans we needed. The only negatives was a treacherous walking trail that had been washed out and the outdoor pool was not skimmed enough and full of bugs and debris. Would still recommend it.
Michael, 3-night trip

The gentleman that checked me went above and beyond. I think his name was Lucas. He noticed we were a family of four and the room they assigned us to only had one bed. He fixed it right away and proactively. Welldone!

GREAT GREAT GREAT place to stay!!!!

This place is great! Nicole from front desk was very pleasant. Room clean and very sufficient. There was a very large table for eating and it made things kind of crampy with Murphy bed open. The fireplace glass was a cloudy white so visibility of the ambiance of flames was lost and the noise from the fireplace was EXTREMELY loud. Other than that it was an outstanding stay! Definitely will be staying there again!
Karen, 2-night trip

Great location directly across from Attitash ski area. Beautiful maintained walking, cross country ski trails through the woods behind the property. Friendly, casual restaurant Matty B’s on the property—good pizza. My grandkids loved the heated indoor pool and the adults loved the outdoor hot tubs. We were in a deluxe unit through RCI. Very spacious with nice full kitchen, table that sat at least 8 and living area with gas fireplace. Large upstairs bedroom with jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace. Two full bathrooms in a one bedroom unit. Very comfortable beds and an ample supply of towels and pool towels provided. Close to downtown North Conway. We had a great week there third week of January.
Karen, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

-Beautiful area to enjoy with the family. -strangers knocking on the door at 5 a.m., Police came at 7 a.m. to deal with a couple who disturbed the building all night. -Dirty outdoor pool, people drinking alcohol in the pool!!
Adil, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great little place!

Great place - just what we needed. My only complaint is that we would have liked a comforter for the bed. There was only a sheet and a thin brown blanket. Given it was January, it got a little chilly even though we cranked up the heat. We could've called the front desk, but given it was late, we just dealt.
Liesl, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The communication between the staff is good, they are very friendly, the signs inside the Village are very helpful because it is bigger than I imagined. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is nothing to worry about! It is worth the trip! What bothered me a lot were the mattresses in the 10k unit. We slept badly! And my daughters had allergies because of the curtains and carpet. We solved this with an anti-allergy medication but the first night was very unpleasant.
Renata, 2-night trip

Our apartment this time was with dust , no curtains in 2 windows, hairs and lots dust in the bathroom Dust in the stove as well . It’s our 3rd time in the property in one year and this time was our bad apartment.
