I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the service and conditions experienced during my stay at your hotel. Despite raising concerns during our visit, no action was taken to address the following unacceptable issues:
• Air Conditioning and Room Comfort: The air conditioning and fan in our room were completely non-functional. The room had no windows that could be opened, resulting in unbearable heat—over 25°C—even in the evening. It was impossible to rest or sleep in such conditions.
• Room Cleanliness: Our room had clearly not been cleaned, which added further to our discomfort and dissatisfaction.
• Lack of Staff and Communication: Upon trying to get service at the bar, we waited 25 minutes before being told that staff should be starting soon. When we returned another 30 minutes later, there was still no one available. This was not a one-off occurrence—staff were notably absent throughout our stay.
• No In-Room Phone: Our room lacked even a basic telephone. This is not only highly inconvenient but also a safety concern in the case of an emergency. I attempted to call reception multiple times from my mobile with no response, despite having call logs to prove my efforts.
• Lack of Support: I was forced to come down to reception in person—while trying to get ready for bed—just to get any form of help. This is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a serious failure in customer service and hotel operations.
Given these numerous issues, I am demanding
