Family holiday combining cultural & relaxing days

The owner of the hotel Francesca is literally there 24/7. You get anything that you need in a heartbeat. The room is really big, it also had a balcony and a spacious shower room. The lake is very close therefore it is easy to walk or cycle there. We rented the bikes just for €5 for a half day from the hotel. A boat ride to the Island was very enjoyable. There is also a newly built gym. A massive supermarket just 5min walk from the hotel. The train station about 20min walk. We took a train to Assisi (about 1h), which was absolutely stunning. This hotel is a good value for money. There is no luxury, but it fully reflects the price, which suited us perfectly. I would highly recommend it!!!

We used this Hotel as a stop over for one night on our travels around Europe. We are British, they spoke perfect English and made us feel welcome. The rooms and en suits were large with a safe, hairdryer etc everything that top hotels offer. Reserved us a table at the best restaurant on the lake which was some of the best food and wine ever tasted. The breakfast was great at the hotel so all together one of our best stops. It’s worth taking a swimming cap if you choose to use the pool and be aware the Hotel is on the roadside. It was incredible clean and I read a review regarding pillows there are always spare pillows in the wardrobe. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Grace and team.. you were the best. 👏

Et sted vi gerne vender tilbage til.

Venlig personale, som lod os låne mountainbikes i de dage vi var der og kørte os til stationen da vi skulle videre på vores interrail. Stedet ligger ikke optimalt hvis man ikke har bil med. Lækker pool og solsenge. Vi lavede mad i vores køkken og kunne sidde på altanen og spise.

Bedenkenlose Weiterempfehlung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer (Zwischen-)Übernachtung. Empfang super freundlich und informativ! Mückengitter, Klimaanlage gut, Bad und Zimmer schön groß. Frühstück sehr herausragend!! Konnten sogar auf der Terasse frühstücken. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das Schwimmbecken konnten wir leider aufgrund unseres kurzen Aufenthalts nicht nutzen. - Das Hotel liegt an der Durchfahrtstraße. Bei geöffneter Balkontür wäre dies sicher sehr laut.

Lovely little Hotel

Lovely hotel on the edge of Passignano Sul Trasimeno. Despite having the superior double, the room itself was pretty basic (one pillow each). The images online made it look better than it was. (That's just my personal opinion) But saying that, we had a comfortable stay and the choice of continental breakfast is fabulous, as was the coffee. All staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Clean towels were provided daily, as was room service (for which there is a small charge). The pool and grounds are maintained daily too and we enjoyed our quiet 5 day stay. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Buona soluzione per chi non pretende il centro

Ottima la piscina che nelle ore del tardo pomeriggio beneficia di un po' di ombra che permette di godersi appieno la giornata. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di aria condizionata, ma la wifi non funzionava a dovere. Buona e varia la colazione.

Excellent value for money

A very comfortable stay. We were there for four nights and it was great. Breakfast is very good, with all supplies replenished promptly throughout the two hour slot. As it's on the outskirts of the town, a car is needed, but there is plenty of parking space on site. All in all, this small hotel is excellent value for money, given the breakfast, in-room kitchen facilities, efficient hosekeeping and access to the pool.
