Great! Being NYC I was surprised how large the room was. Very nice staff. So close to everything. Under renovations but still clean and quiet.

I stayed for three nights while attending a conference a block away. The hotel has a great location for restaurants and shopping, and it provided the basics, which is all I could have expected for the price. The room was small, but the bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower had strong spray with enough hot water each morning. The room included a TV with HBO, a safe in the closet and an iron and ironing board. No refrigerator or microwave. The breakfast was basic (toast, bagels, yogurt, a waffle iron, muffins, etc.). The workers were gracious and helpful. I would gladly stay there again.

People were very nice and helpful. The room shown is an upgrade, it is what I was shown when I made my reservation, but not what I was originally given. I was allowed to switch rooms to one where the shower put out sufficient hot water to shower. The upgraded room also provided a bed that was not lumpy and a working TV. Again EVERYTHING was very nice and accommodating. Better than a basic hotel but not the Plaza. Clean and in the process of remodeling. Computer center, workout room and breakfast were all included. Bring your own hair conditioner, shampoo etc is provided.

Great location, helpful staff, a great place to stay in the middle of Times Square. We were very happy with the price point, in the room served our needs well!

It was amazing

Location is great. Right in the heart of Times Square. Hotel was under construction and stairwell closed. Elevator wa very small. Rooms are the size of average bedroom 12x14.

Very nice and good location! Clean, good breakfast only miss the bacon😂
