Stayed at this hotel a few times now, convenient for Victoria stations, and a lovely little area of shops close by. Walkable to lots of attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy and breakfast is a bonus these days. Will definitely stay again.

My stay was nice, all the basic amenities needed in a hotel. The location was perfect jn central London with lots of transportation options very close by. The downside was that I booked a private room with a private bathroom but it was not advertised that the bathroom was separate from my room. I had to go down 10 or so steps to get to my private bathroom instead of it being attached to the room like I thought. The service each day was wonderful though as the bed was made and I received fresh towels each day.

Nice, centrally located hotel

Hotel was very good for a lone female traveller business trip. Room was very clean and tidy. As with a lot of similar hotels in London, it needed some TLC on small details (paintwork) - so I'd give it a 4 out of 5 overall. But it wouldn't put me off going again. Very reasonably priced with continental breakfast in centre of London, so will book again. Q-Park Pimlico Parking nearby too which was handy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks! :)

Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was fair for a continental. No towel change for a 3 night stay was a bit average. Could hear people in other rooms. All in all, good value for the price.

Lovely little place

The staff we spoke to whilst there were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean when we arrived, some stains found on the base of the beds, what looked like burn marks on some parts of the carpets. But overall a lovely little place to stay, close to Victoria coach station and also the underground.

Decent budget hotel

Room was fine, just noisy with being at the front of the building next to the street. Pigeons also made a lot of noise on the rooftop early in the morning. Staff member on the front desk seemed like they'd much rather be anywhere apart from there, but check-in was smooth. Breakfast was basic but it was included in the room rate so I can't fault it. Overall I'd stay again.

Excellent location but sadly, my experience was horrible. Staircases are quite already steep and staff were very inconsiderate leaving vacuum cleaner in walking path down staircases which was very unsafe. My “private” bathroom was also quite nasty- others were using it and it was leaving from the day I got there to the day I left. Water heater also was non-existent. It’s a lovely property but needs better management.
