10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is being refurbished so the room was new. The location was great.
Sarah, 13-night trip

Friendly staff. BLACK MOULD in the shower, poor facilities. Perfect location
Bayindir, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff friendly on check in and departure. Ideal location for us as only staying one night. The room was rough around the edges and looking tired. Unfortunately the bedding didn’t look like it had been changed from the previous occupier as there were hairs on the duvet so not a great impression.

Perfectly adequate budget hotel

As a budget hotel it's fine and handy for the underground.
martin, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Centrally based town house hotel contained all the mod cons but unfortunately no lift to the third floor! The shower area although small was very good and I like the easy access light switches from the bed. We also liked the conveniently placed hooks. I didnt expect the tourist tax we had to pay.
Richard, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Convenient as this hotel is located near Underground station.
Kenji, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Small room, but comfortable.

Two minutes walk from Earls Court station and restaurants can be quite busy outside but room was comfortable
Luke, 1-night trip

Got a really nice and spacious room, perfect location, good value for money!
Anine, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The rooms are very clean. It's close to the station, there are lots of shops, and it's very convenient. The environment is also very quiet.
Nina, 2-night trip

Nice recepionists but waterpressure in shower was poor to non existing.
Susanne, 3-night trip

Nice room

The room was lovely, beds super comfy, well decorated and furnished, it was let down by the shower but as it was only one night this wasnt so bad. It was also on the top floor so lots of stairs to clumb.
kirsty, 1-night trip

Great location,

Great location, but the bed and pillows were terrible. Probably the hardest bed I have ever slept on!
Mike, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Old and tired needs some TLC

So we were put in room 20 when we arrived which are the pictures provided and it was disgusting, the mattress was so old the springs were trying to escape from the sides, the shower head was covered in lime scale and the bathroom in general was showing age as was the room entirely as well as the state of the hotel. We complained and the staff were great and moved us to room 5 which had been refurbished. This was much nicer, newer and cleaner. However the shower was tiny for my 6.2ft frame, I've included a photo to show how small it is. I had to keep the doors open just so I could move my arms to clean myself. The main bonus was it was a 2 mins walk to earls court underground.
Matthew, 3-night trip

We had a very nice stay as usual except for we were accommodated in first floor due to the ongoing work in hotel , but the hotel staff is very co operative and nice, rooms are very good we used to have rear balcony , very peaceful , I would love to go back again when I visit next time
View from my rooms balcony where I enjoyed my tea

Great value

Hotels in London can be tricky. This one was good value for money. I needed a clean and Ok place for two nights, and it was better than expected. Yes, a bit run down like so many other British hotels, but better than anticipated and very helpful and welcoming staff
Asle, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

I went to London for work related reasons and stayed three nights. I searched for an affordable hotel. The room was modest but clean and comfortable. The shower is very small (a voluminous person would have to be squeezed inside) but its size was okay for me. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. I could check-in one hour and a half sooner! I was given the option of choosing among three available rooms! I chose one that had a balcony. I would no problem in staying again in this hotel.
3-night trip

6/10 Good

The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but for the price and location where good and staff were friendly.
Jason, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Not clean and the hotel resembled a building site. Will not stay here again.
Lee, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice location close to Earl’s Court Tube stop. Lots of dining and shopping for needs close by and easy to walk into nice neighborhood and beyond. Room we had does not have air conditioning which would have made things nicer. Also no room fridge.
Joshua, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good budget hotel in central London.

Room was clean and spacious. We had a room with three beds. No AC but had a fan. Other than an issue with the toilet, overall impression was good. Nice central location. Would probably stay at this hotel again.
2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely room and friendly staff.

We arrived early morning and check in was not till 3pm and we was greeted by the lovely friendly reception lady who let us go to our room early which was amazing. The room was spacious clean and fresh. Loved the high ceiling and big windows. Everything was all new and it was just lovely. The hotel was also in a really nice area, lots of shops and restaurants near by and only 7 min walk from Earl’s Court underground.
Kelly, 1-night trip

Good two nights away visiting friends

Staff very friendly and sorted Plug issue for us. Shower was ok, not a power shower (Shame) Bed matress was too hard for our liking. Couldnt log on tv with our phones, possibly our smart ones arent Smart enough!
Debbie, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Easy access to the underground
Wesley, 2-night trip

No breakfast facilities. Very close to Earls' Court Tube station

Nice find

Very convenient fr Earls Court tube station for onward journey to Central London. Lots of eateries and shops close by. Hotel has 24 hour reception and friendly and helpful staff. Be aware there is no lift in the property and lots of stairs. Our room (40) was right at the top on the 4th floor which only had sky lights and was large as it was a family room. Very handy to get the tube to Wimbledon.
