Ideal location

Beautiful hotel in the perfect central location to all the main attractions. I would recommend to pack light as its a 5-10 min walk from the ferry terminal and there is no lift in the hotel. Staff were lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends

Room was lovely and clean. The bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated very near Rialto bridge and St Marks square, absolutely perfect. Good continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Just be aware it is steep stairs to all floors, not for disabled access.

Excellent location right next to Saint Mark's square, pretty rooms. Lovely place. Didn't appreciate the cleaning at 7am right next door on my last day. If check-out is 11am, I should be able to rest in quiet until then or at least close to that time. The noises of cleaning right beside me kept startling me and it was very uncomfortable early in the morning. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel. Staff was really nice and helpful.

It lies in the middle of center where we could go everywhere in 3-5mins. It was very nice that the boat stops from/to airport are very close. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast was decent( no gluten free, no healthy bread). Hotel doesn't have elevator. Unfortunately, mom mom struggled to go up to the 4th floor. If you can not go up the stairs or bringing heavy lugguages, ask staff in advance you would like to get a room not so high. Staffs are smiling and very kind that they will light your mood up.

This hotel is in a great location in Venice. The front desk staff were lovely and they were responsive to our requests. Another plus, the included breakfast was perfect for us. Our room was on the top floor and struggled to cool to a comfortable temperature during our (hot) June visit. Also, the bathroom was not very clean, it appeared there was mold around the tub.
