We were pleasantly surprised. Stayed one night because of proximity to airport. Staff was professional and service was excellent. Restaurant and Cafe on premises and 24 hour food from Cafe available. Room was clean and spacious. Free transportation to airport available. Would recommend to anyone needing a room close to airport.

Nice little clean hotel close to the airport which arrange a pick up service for you. All in all a positive experience! Only negative would be the beds which could be a little comfier!

Excellent location near Guggenheim, river walk, and local restaurants and shops. The front desk staff was very nice, although the lobby space is somewhat limited. There is a public room for guests to hang out on the 2nd floor which has newspapers, coffee, tea, water. The guest room was an adequate size, with International TV stations and wifi. Very good value.

We loved our gigantic room in this lovely gem of a hotel. The price was very good and our stay excellent. Would highly recommend this out of the way place to stay.

The first person working in the hotel was friendly, but a little too talkative. The maid came into our room for cleaning even though we had the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. When we left the room, she cleaned it but left the door open! Fortunately, nothing was stolen from our room. When we told the front desk person, she was very casual in her response (a little too casual...) saying the maid is new and probably forgot, but she'll be sure to tell her, and is sorry. There were flies in the lobby area, and one mosquito in our room. Other than that, the room was fairly clean, and the bus stop was very near by so it was easy to get to the airport and to the town center.
