The airport shuttle service is always punctual and well-organized. On my checkout day, the 8:45am shuttle from the hotel to the airport was full, but they quickly arranged another one with remarkable efficiency. I've been staying at Four Points Sheraton Tung Chung for three years now, and their service has consistently been excellent. A special thanks to Cindy, my attentive housekeeper who tidied my room daily, keeping it neat, fresh, and inviting.

Cami gave me a later checkout (1pm) when she looked at my plane ticket departure time. So sweet of her. Also, the shuttle bus and the hotel location are convenient to the airport and you can walk to parks, restaurants, convenience stores within 5 minutes. Oh, and the room is superbly appointed and comfortable. And quiet. My new go-to hotel when travelling through Honk Kong.

When we were at the airport, my husband found out he lost his phone. We call hotel immediately and ask for help. I told them we sit at the lobby and the shuttle bus before we left to airport. Within 5 minutes , they found my husband’s phone. It was slipped on the lobby’s sofa seat. We really appreciate their service.
