Wonderful hotel and front desk. I'd have given 5 stars, except for the lousy Wi-Fi, lousy A/C, no conditioner in the shower. And why is there no soap dish in the shower? It is most challenging to pick up shampoo or soap off the floor in such a tiny shower!

Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Generous and varied breakfast. Quiet rooms. Weaknesses: Limited access to international TV channels (e.g., BBC, CNN), with brief and unclear instructions. Unreliable Wi-Fi connection (weak signal and frequent interruptions). Insufficient hangers in the wardrobe (only three for a couple). Only one chair provided in a large double room.
