No hot water our entire stay and no front desk. Literally they don’t have a front desk. Had to call/ text chat with people clearly not in the states. Took so long to get ahold of them. Hotel pretty dirty as well.

Convenient, simple, professional, and homey.
Good stay - convenient, but by El Camino so a little noisy. The shampoo pump mechanism was not working, but i could open the shampoo up so all good. i got placed into an ADA room so the shower was not convenient for a person who stands for showers, but it worked out. some check in instructions were meant to be helpful - if i showed up earlier! i would definitely consider going here again.

The property was clean. The tv wasn't user friendly. I was locked out trying to use the keyless entry. I had to text 3 different times. If the keypad was meant to light up to use a code, it didn't work. Ice machine was out of order. No front desk on property.
