Worst experience in Lexington
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Lexington Elwood Hotel & Suites, which I booked through your website from January 7th to January 9th, 2025
After a long journey that began at 3:00 am, I arrived at the hotel looking forward to taking a relaxing bath in the tub. However, upon entering the bathroom, I was unpleasantly surprised to find the area around the soap dish to be in a state of poor cleanliness, with visible mold present.
I reported this issue to the front desk staff the following day and requested that the bathroom be cleaned. Unfortunately, upon returning to my room, I found that the issue had not been addressed.
Given the subpar cleanliness and service I experienced during my stay, I would like to request a compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. I would appreciate it if this compensation could be credited to my (link unavailable) account through the app, in the form of a voucher or credit towards a future booking.
I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and service from a hotel, especially one that I booked through your website. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take necessary steps to ensure that the hotel maintains a higher standard of cleanliness.
