Boutique hotel but far from places you want to go

The hotel is in a serene part of the island of Ischia. The problem is that it is far from all attractions and it is not possible to take public transport and walk to the hotel. Where the bus drops you off is about a kilometer from the hotel, which is not bad, but there is no walkable road to it. So you have to depend on the hotel shuttle, which is somewhat limited in its times and where it will go. The hotel has a spa underground, which is a nice feature. Luciano in the front desk was a helpful, friendly chap; others were a little taciturn.

This is a very good hotel and I highly recommend. An oasis of calm after a week in busy Sorrento . Only stayed 2 nights and would have liked to stay for longer. Excellent service from the helpful staff. Very clean place. Had lunch one day, very good quality as was breakfast. Room had a balcony with view to sea and the hills behind. The hotel is about 2 miles from Ischia Port and the downside it is up a steep hill from the main road. The hotel provide a regular shuttle bus service to/ from Ischia port from where there is a very good bus service to all parts of island. Hotel provided us with a drop off and pick up service to a local thermal park which was well worth a visit. Not busy the day we visited. Loved the island of Ischia and will return . This is a great choice of hotel if you want to be close to Ischia Port and want to enjoy peace and calm.

Beautiful Hotel very relaxing and quiet. Spa has a lot of amenities for the guest to use. Restaurant has amazing food at a great price. Staff was very friendly welcoming since we walk in. Front desk lady was very nice and she explained everything and got us a welcoming drink. The Shuttle driver was very nice and very accommodating. The restaurant staff was excellent, pool bar tender gentleman was very nice and attentive. The restaurant manager was excellent he was very friendly, he make sure we were taking care of, and he greeted everyone by their last names. Very professional Overall we had a wonderful time. The hotel is located away from the action, and we needed to rely on the free shuttle bus. We needed to plan our days as returning back and forth to the hotel was not easy. Nevertheless, we knew this when we booked. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And my five-star rating has been heavily influenced by the fantastic staff.

Expect personable and dedicated staff

We were impressed by the staff on our stay at this boutique hotel. They seemed to go over the top again and again. We did struggle with a few language challenges at times. But since we were in Italy--off the typical American tourist trail--we should know a bit more Italian. The cleaning staff was amazing as every blue tile sparked and we watched them scrub the pool area daily with mops. The chef was so personable that we felt like we were leaving an old friend when we checked out. The shuttle drivers were wonderful and one every sang at dinner on Saturday night.

Fantastic in every way. We spent 5 days in this beautiful family run boutique hotel. Set in a lovely quiet area which was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel provides ample daily free shuttles to the town centre. The shuttle driver- Antonio was a delight he was professional,friendly and on time every time. The whole hotel was immaculately clean, we were actually proud to stay in such a well looked after hotel.The chef Pasquale is a credit to them. The meals were varied, fresh and beautifully presented most importantly they were delicious. Now going to the hotels best asset..Enzo. their Maitre‘d.what an amazing guy. He made us feel welcome, loved and very well looked after. More importantly we could tell he was authentic. He literally was the highlight of our holiday. Federico the barman was also so nice, so professional and so welcoming.Francesco was singing one evening and he literally is so talented it was so good and he had the voice of an angel. The front desk team were very welcoming, speedily checked us in and we’re again so professional. Our room had a stunning view of Napoli bay/sea, was spotlessly clean , comfy bed and had modern furnishings.much loved hotel. Hotels gardens were very well looked after offering plants/flowers and privacy. Lastly we had a wonderful massage and used the wonderful spa facility. Which was beautiful with Turkish bath/sauna/huge whirlpool/therma pool and much more. I would highly recommend this hotel I will return in a heartbeat
