So-so. The room it's self was very small, for anything besides sleeping. The bathroom had zero counter space, not even a place to hang a hand towl near the sink. So it made it difficult to get ready. It was also very old and furniture could be replaced. On the plus side, the customer service was outstanding and the location is very convenient. The beds were clean and comfortable.

We booked at another Hilton and after we were confirmed and paid, they switched us to this location. It’s on an unattractive street with lots of scaffolding that you have to walk around and through. The lobby is small and efficient but the lobby restaurant is depressing. It’s a lackluster hotel. Clean rooms and pleasant staff though. Its close to subway entrance. That said it seems when you cross 8th Street the neighborhood deteriorates. I’d stay again but prefer a nicer environment.

Check in was told we couldnt get into our room until 4 when i called prior and said i would be able to when we got there, elevators were atrocious, we waited a half hour for one at one point and i swear they gave maids an override key. They didnt clean our room until around 4 which most days we had just given up, i wish it was better because it had potential.

I stayed here because I have stayed in Doubletree’s in the past. This place is way passed its prime. Room was disgusting awful.

Because we booked our hotel through hotels.com, the staff treated us very rudely and was unwilling to help us when the water in the whole hotel stopped working. We were just out of luck with no water and no one was willing to help us because of the inconvenience it put on our vacation. Our shower also had curly hairs in it upon arrival. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
