Nice hotel ,very frendly staff ,nice view , 10 min walking to the beach!

Never been anywhere better. Beautiful 0lace, 4 mins walk to the beach. Amazing staff. Over all excellent.

the hotel room provided was not comfortable we had gutter smell in all the rooms along the 2nd floor their was a corkrouch in the room as well as other issues . we had asked for a change of location , but was offered alternative , which we felt were not suitable . the rest of the hotel standard was good , the pool and the restaurent . careful of the location of the hotel , as on a steep hill . free shuttle bus provided , is a positive side .

On arrival we were placed in a room that we did not book when we questioned it at the desk we were told the room we booked was occupied and we could move after breakfast in the morning , this turned into 1 ocklock so we pretty much wasted a day waiting for the room we booked , once in the honey moon suite the view and the room was great , bit disappointed about paying the extra and having to ask for what we booked ,should of really received some refund for the first night but did not want to cause a fuss .

Staff not very friendly, especially the porters and shuttle drivers. Shuttle times are not adhered to and breakfast staff is not keeping up in the mornings. Can be such an nice and better hotel if they can sort out the breakfast staff and the shuttle arrangements. Very nice view from the hotel down to Kata.
