What a fantastic hotel! I travelled to Maui with my husband and two children aged 5 & 8. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! I didn’t like that the room we received was such a stretch to walk to so came back and the really helpful manager, despite being almost at full capacity moved us to a higher room category with a beautiful partial ocean view. Whilst we were there there was rain on and off but the hotel made sure...

The resort still smells new! Very spacious, still under construction. The room was very large but could be better cleaned. For a newer hotel, the room looks more worn than it should. They had shuttles to the beach but we did not use. Loved the laundry in room. The pool is fantastic! Close to amenities! I would absolutely stay here again.

The property itself has a fantastic location. But unlike advertised there is no daily housekeeping only every 3 days. As a family staying in what is actually a small condo daily housekeeping should have been provided. The property is a bit tired but the views and location you can’t beat.

Book for the cheapest times: For those seeking a budget-friendly adventure, Kihei offers great value for money, especially when visiting on a budget during the period from September to November. This time of year is celebrated for its affordable accommodation, with hotel rates that may drop to lower prices. A stay of at least 4 to 5 days is recommended to fully immerse oneself in the historical landmarks, cultural sites and natural attractions, such as beaches, sunsets, snorkeling spots, islands, the sea, swimming areas, cosy cafés, and opportunities for surfing, dining and simply relaxing.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: When planning a trip to Kihei, you may discover enticing hotel deals by exploring the Dealsopens in new window section on Hotels.com. You could also find attractive last-minute offers by visiting the Last-Minute Deals area, and by enabling email alerts or push notifications, you're more likely to see flash sales and special promotions. Furthermore, using the Smart Shopping tool via the app allows travellers to compare hotel prices and amenities effectively, ensuring you are updated on any available rooms or price drops.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay in a Kihei hotel. For those seeking distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels may offer a more personalised experience and occasionally better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price be on the higher side, we might suggest more affordable dates to help you potentially find a better deal.
Consider your location: Hotels in close proximity to the city centre typically come at a higher price, but thanks to Kihei’s excellent public transport links, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel further out that remains well connected. For those wishing to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money. Opting for these alternative destinations could afford a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
