I checked in room 405 and was moved to 415 because my guest woke up to find bugs in the bed. We too a video and called front desk, Megan the night auditor move me to Another room upon entering the room we saw bugs coming from behind the head board, by this time my friend couldn’t sleep and left the hotel

I paid when i reserved my room. I use to live in Leland and move to Ashville about 6 months ago. I came home for Thanksgiving. I could not check into the hotel because of my ID. It still had my old Leland address and they said i lived too close. I was told i would get a refund but now the hotel and hotel.com are messing me around. I just want my refund. The front desk staff is amazing. However, the rooms are pretty run down and it looked like the door had been kicked in at one point. I actually slept with my gun in the room with us. The room seemed clean and the beds were ok. No bugs.
