2/10 Terrible

The whole room was dirty, the blankets were dirty and they smeled very bad. The bathroom and the furniture are all stained with dirt.

2/10 Terrible

If there has zero star I could give them 0!the room super dirty..bedsheet never wash!
Jing, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

There was a space between the door and the floor trim. This allowed bugs to get in. I realized the problem at 9pm and stuffed a towel by the door bottom. Went to bed, but bugs started crawling on me. I packed and left at midnight.
Betsy, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Anything necessary in walking distance
Collin, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

everything on the property has been very under maintained and the unsightly repairs in the room look like they have hired crackheads for really cheaply done repairs.
Joseph, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

If you only want economy lodging, it's ok. Only 2 tv channels, sketchy area with homeless living across the street.
Tim, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room had a larger than average mini-fridge with a large freezer compartment. Very nice if you're microwaving frozen meals. I also really liked the bedspread.
Luke, 1-night trip

Nasty hotel, locks broken sad ABQ is so dismal a city to allow this building to exist for visitors to its once beautiful city.

Horrible Hotel

Unsafe area, the hotel was dirty, the floor, the sheets. there were people doing drugs outside of my room door. I don’t understand why this is an option on this site.
Eva, 4-night trip

The front desk guy walk around and end up looking into my room through the glass

Don’t stay

Very dirty room. No trash can. No fresh towels and it was a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes. The hotel itself was crawling it less then desirable people. I understand this is a cheap hotel but I’d call it a crack house.
Jason, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Hotel was dirty and in need of repair. Actually worried I might get bugs in my baggage.

Consider staying elsewhere

Waited 2 1/2 hours to get our room ready which was still dirty… wiped it down several times looks like they never deep clean their rooms. The room smelled horrible and the tub did not drain properly.
Sonia, 2-night trip

Love way this stay will definitely be blocking in the future, however wifi network never even showed as available

2/10 Terrible

The reviewers are right, not a good place to stay

The hotel was horrible. Aside from no comforter and towels, the floor was dirty and warped. A piece of linoleum was broken and sticking up creating a tripping hazard. Tub was filthy, the comde quit working. Fixtures were either missing or broken.
Michael, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The hotel did not honor my prepaid hotel.com reservation! After driving 900 miles I had to find another hotel on short notice. I will never use hotel.com again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Nothing but problems with this place. Check in online said noon attendant said 1 then back tracked and said 3. Had 3 rooms and didn’t get the last room until 5:30!! They tried to charge us an extra night! This review is just a nutshell. Like I said DO NOT STAY HERE AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!
Mariah, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE A HOTEL AND REQUEST MONEY BACK, THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY, THERE WAS NOT TOILET PAPER, WE DECIDED TO LEAVE BUT THEY OFFERED US ANOTHER ROOM, IT WAS BETTER BUT THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS BROKEN, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS DISGUSTED.
Manuel, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

I supposed to stay for 2 nights but I can't because it so dirty dust everywhere microwave had food splash all over bug in toilet peoples live rhere scared me look like a cracked home. I have to spend $450 more to left to las vegas that my next stop and it's expensive because it Friday. The only i would like to asked for is give me money back because it's not worth to pay for.
Mantana, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

When I showed up to check in, I was told I would have to pay in cash. I told the hotel clerk I could not do that and he said he would cancel the reservation. I went to a different hotel, but hotels.com charged me for the night anyways. DO NOT BOOK.
1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The room was dirty. When showering black chunks came up out of the shower drain. They never cleaned the room. I asked for more towels and toilet paper and got told they were busy.
Amanda, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The property was a little scary. Homeless people were all in the parking lot area beside the hotel. Our door was really hard to open and close. The covers had stains. The bathroom had pee on the floor. When we first went in the air freshener was so strong it burned my lungs. The mattress under the mattress cover was very stained. I barely slept because I was nervous that the car would be broken into. Management was nice.
