Coffee pot in room not working , no refrigerator, Had to be moved from my first room because of terrible odor in room, second I was given smelled normal. I would have liked some compensation , but hotel attendant said I would have to go through Expedia. Staff was pleasant, hotel was convenient location, breakfast was fine.

The place is good enough for a short stay. If you need a place to stay overnight it’s perfect. Comfortable soft bed, good breakfast, has a free parking. Room is really small, just enough to move around. Toilet is renovated and clean.

Disappointing Experience

Staff was really great. But not the rooms. My room had a broken toilet paper dispenser. A bedside light w a screw missing. Shower had leak so water all over and no bath mats. The tv did not work. They did offer to move rooms but I did not want to re pack. I will not be staying here again.

I didn’t realize the property was under construction, and the room was stuffy. like it needed to be aired out. Other than that the location was great. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was nice.

The staff was incredible especially Karen on night shift!!! The facility was clean but tiny. Their handicap rooms couldn’t even fit a wheelchair despite saying accessible. The breakfast was good but the dining area was so small you couldn’t even sit as a family.

Clean but....

It was very clean and the front staff were nice. Other than that I don't have anything positive to say. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. We could not pass each other and had to side step into the bed. The hallways were falling apart and the elevator made scary noises.

The staffs are great and very helpful. The breakfast is good. I can from the airport around 2:30pm to the hotel before 3:00pm which is check-in time, and they were inconsiderate. I needed to wait until 3pm or pay $60.00 extra. For me to get a room. They don't have a lobby big enough to wait until is 3pm. The room are very small for a king size bed.

You can do better

First, there is only ONE lane entrance for parking lot so if someone’s coming in you have to back up. Second, she had trouble finding a clean room for us even though we reserved months ago. Hallways are disgusting, dirty with stained carpet. Room same. Bathroom was pretty clean and breakfast was better then expected. Beds were very comfortable. Signs up that they are renovating which is way long overdo, but didn’t see any signs of it actually going on.
