All good in general but housekeeping failed to replace coffee and toiletries and we had to report the blown light bulb three times. Breakfast vouchers for cooked breakfast 4 days in a row could have offered more flexibility as it would have been nice to have had cereal and fruit one day.

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn and Suites on October 31, 2017. We booked our reservation at expedia.com using the membership promotion after the 10-night stay. We were placed in a room overlooking the roof of the restaurant. That night, when we were ready for bed we noticed that the sheets and the bed skirts of the beds were dirty. We called the desk and asked to send a housekeeping person to come to our room to see them and change the linens. We were told that there was no one to do that. The attendant at the desk said that she would move us into a different room at no extra charge. It should be noted again that we were redeeming a membership promotion earned from Expedia. We are very concerned that we were placed in an inferior and subpar room because we were redeeming the membership promotion at your hotel. To make matters worse, the next morning when we checked out the person at the front desk (Ashley) indignantly and rudely refused to give us a receipt. She claimed that only Expedia could give us a receipt and would be emailing us one within a few hours. This never happened. Her claim was ridiculous. We have stayed at other hotels reserved through Expedia and all of these hotels always gave us a receipt. In fact, we stayed at another Holiday Inn in Woodstock, VA the previous night and the receptionist gladly provided a receipt. We are very dissatisfied.

Charge $250 per night . One would expect a major event occurring or a really nice hotel . Neither was the case . This is a plain Holiday Inn with nothing special to provide. Online pictures or taken when the facility was new. Pool and hot tub area Head black grime in the floor, hot tub jets not functioning properly, mold build-up in the water return.
