Fantastic location, simple but comfortable room, great amenities to check out for the beach. Walking distance to the Kona Shopping Village and other shops, the sea wall, the Kailua Pier and the King Kam hotel beach. Showers were not awesome-poor water pressure and inconsistent temp but that was the only issue!

I missed one of my nights here due to flight delays but the one night I stayed was very nice! Would have loved my second night too. I slept really well, had great coffee at the coffee cart and was able to walk 7 minutes up the hill to the local gym at 4am when I had jet lag. It was great. This hotel is right at the end of the Kona "strip" I call it. So very near to everything! Very pretty and well decorated. Loved it

Remodeled comfort
It looks a little worn down on the road but once you step into the property, the remodel is great. Our room is basic, but very comfortable and quiet and the property is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Would recommend.
