Great location/NOT CLEAN

The hotel itself seemed ok. The issue that I had is that the room claimed to be clean, but is wasn’t. We had checked in late, around 6:30 and had dinner reservations at 7pm. We basically checked in and left for dinner. Late that evening when we returned back to the hotel, we noticed that there were clothes left hanging in the hall aerobe closet in the room…not ours. That proves that they just half-ass ‘cleaned’ our room. In the morning, I got up and stepped on something. It was a band aid, in the middle of the floor. Not mine, not my wife’s…so gross. That was just further proof that they didn’t clean my room. I did not rest easy, I wanted to complain to hotel staff, but my wife said to let it go.

Stayed a few days before and returned. Great stay, quite, good breakfast. The chief , Phillip was friendly and congenial. Good coffee and a well rounded breakfast.

Hidden Gem

Very friendly staff who where engaging. Hotel was nice and clean, it looked brand new. Amenities where great. Free breakfast was pretty amazing. The best part is it is close the freeway and ++, it has so many restaurants, shops and entertain within walking distance! They have a nice pool too! The weather was perfect! Mic drop!

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

My husband and I stay here often when visiting our son nearby. Thus, it's in a great location for us. This time we spent time out by the river and ate at two of the restaurants nearby. We walked with our grandsons around and over the river. The rooms are spacious, even with two queen beds, and the rooms and grounds are maintained very well. Parking is free and close, and the breakfast is pretty good, despite restrictions due to COVID (it used to be "grab and go," but now really the only thing missing is the waffle maker. The gloves are a bit much, but appreciate both masks and gloves being provided. People at the front desk are pleasant and efficient. We got a room at the top, and other than a little inconvenience with no ice machine at our level were quite happy. We will definitely stay here again!
