Friendly staff. Great on the go breakfast. Also a plus that they had a little shop with brinks and snaks. The hotel was very clean and we had no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are severely lacking in cleanliness and amenities. The first round we checked into both beds have been slept in with hair between the sheets and on top of the bed. The floor had not been swept with leaves and dirt all over the carpet. We asked for another room and the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and apologetic the next room we checked also had hair on the bed. Finally the third room was clean enough but we didn't notice until the morning there were no towels and no toiletries beyond a single bar of soap by the sink. Each time there was someone else at the front desk also asking for assistance and in the morning other guests were expressing their frustrations with the challenges of their own rooms. The staff we interacted with were very polite and apologetic and accommodating but clearly the standards for cleanliness upkeep at the hotel are lacking.

Nighttime washing machine lullaby

The hotel was nice and clean upon arrival to the front desk. We were on the first floor and next to the laundry room. There was a sign for hours of noise control to stop by 8pm but the laundry was running and shaking my room walls until 955pm when I called the front desk. We wanted to sleep in the next day, however we could not because the laundry started early the next morning waking us up. Breakfast was decent. I wish they had a waffle maker vs pancakes. Maybe a fruit parfait or something.

Only complaint is it took about 5 minutes of running the water for it to heat up. The pool was cold but the kids didnt mind. There were plenty of towels provided. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Biscuits and gravy, scrambeled eggs, veggie omelets, sausage, turkey sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, breads and bagels, yogurts, chocolate milk, juices fuits etc.

For a Holiday Inn, I was surprised at the dirtiness of the room. The bathtub had rust stains, the floor needed mopped, one of the beds had hairs that did not belong to us, and a random dirty sock was under the bed. The room was missing towels and extra linens. The window blind did not function (there were unconnected wires and I could not manually open it). This location was an odd disappointment.

Stayed a Sunday a night as a place to rest with three teens. Shampoo and body wash bottle were empty and noticed after I was in the shower. Hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was good but was out of pancake mix and we couldn’t find the attendant. There was a note apologizing but they were busy making breakfast. There was no drinking water available other than buying it by asking the attendant in the front desk. Barely any ice in the ice maker. Other than that, beds were comfortable, clean, and attendant was very nice and welcoming. Easy to find and lots of parking available.

I went online and booked a room for my fiance. His daughter is in the hospital,,and needed a place to sleep and shower. It scheduled me with a 3rd party without my knowledge..He checks in and then finds out no tv or internet. Goes to the room and its cold and the heat was off, and wouldn’t turn on. He had to go back there the desk, and they did figure that part out. I was trying to help him. He had not slept in a few days, but with all the issues he took the shower and left. I called and asked for something to make right. She said unfortunately I can’t because you scheduled with a 3rd party. We always use holiday inn. Express, but i would not recommend this one. 160 dollars for a room with no tv, internet, and cold. I also called the 3rd party. Nobody cares enough to do anything about it. I think they could of offered to do something to make up, and they never apologized when he checked out a hour after checking in. I would never stay again!!!!

We arrived and it took a decent amount of time for someone to greet us. The smell in the entire facility reminded me of an old mop…musty, mildew, just dampness. Our room had a section of linoleum at the door…it was noticeably dirty. The pool’s main entrance was very loose and would not have been safe to use if necessary. The breakfast was great each time, which was just about the only redeeming quality.

Hotel was ok, have seen a lot better. This one needs to TLC. Our door would only latch closed if you pulls with both hands and leaned. The beds both had at least 1 deep body sinkhole from being worn out. I mean deeep sunken in. Other than that, the breakfast was expected less the cinnamon rolls (which were also out).. just needs some TLC, its not nasty or stinky, no bugs. Just needs some love. Besides there is nowhere else to stay near there anyway. So you kinda have no other choices.
