Drove 4 hours to find out they overbooked and did not have a room for us. We booked a month in advance and was never notified that it was cancelled by holiday inn or hotels.com. We were also never refunded any money so I now have to wait till Monday to talk to somebody about getting a refund. Staff didn’t care and said the employees were just stressed out. They told us to just deal with hotels.com

I paid for a room with a hot-tub but was placed in regular room. They couldn’t refund me the difference because I paid through 3rd party. This is my favorite place to stay when I travel to Corsicana, even with that mistake my stay was amazing up until last night. There was a party in the room above mine. I called front desk in hopes that they would take care of this but nothing was really done the ppl above me were extremely loud with music, yelling, and stomping through out the entire night. Just that one night was the worst hotels experience I’ve ever had. I had a 8 hour drive ahead and no sleep. I do recommend this place the staff and room service is great although if you stay through out the weekend you might experience a restless night.
