King's Pointe Waterpark Resort, สตอร์มเลค

Paid for water park tickets at 7:30 pm. Was told that it closed at 10. Charged full price. We were fully clothed so obviously had to go change yet. Went to get food before restaurant closed. They couldn't accommodate 3 of us. Ordered pizza. Couldn't get anyone at front desk to answer phone in regards to paper plates and plastic silverware. Went down to waterpark at 8:55 and was told they were closing in 5 minutes. Couldn't refund money because they were already closed out for the night. Told to call manager the next day and she might be in. Called the next day and was told that she might be in the following day. No one besides her could refund money though. Offered some free passes instead. Agreed to that. Picked them up to find an expiration date two days away when we live 2 1/2 hours away and had already checked out. What a joke! Also ate at the restaurant when we went back. After standing at entrance for 5 minutes by sign that says wait to be seated, I finally went around the corner to see if they were really open. Hostess and waitress were both sitting at the bar talking oblivious to the customers waiting to be seated and there was no one eating in the restaurant at the time. Beautiful view. Just lacking service. Ordered off of menu given. Then told that one of items ordered isn't served until dinner even though that's not stated. Didn't even ask which side of the original two he had chosen that he would like to have since the option they suggested for him only came with

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant on prem was nice, food and drink was delicious and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the Hotel wifi was so bad it was unusable and the bed felt like sleeping on plywood.

Wish it came with water park passes instead of having that extra expense

The stay was just okay. We were up all night because we could hear absolutely EVERYTHING our neighbors did all night long. It was also not very clean, I felt I needed to completely disinfect it before I brought my baby in. Not too impressed especially for the ridiculous price

Nice property however the bar could stay open a bit longer.
