We took the citysubway with our family to Tenjin-minami station. The hotel is also a distance from the station. After arriving at the hotel. It was self-service check in, and there was a staff who guides from the side. After check in, I went to the front desk to asking some necessary arrangements for our rooms. I was uncomfortable with the staff with no smile at the end. I don't know if I will stay in this hotel again next time, but I hope that these staff should have some professional service spirit.
