Convenient location to Airport and just minutes from downtown Richmond. Short rides to other local stops as well.

Desk person was not friendly...spoke poor English. Room was clean but neither bedside lamp worked. Tried different bulbs..didn't work! Ended up in another room. Printer was jammed so could not print boarding passes. We were tired when we arrived so these added problems probably seemed bigger than they were!

If you want to sleep comfortably, stay somewhere else. Beds were like asphalt! Buckets and trash cans lined the hallway for roof drips. No maid service. Please stay somewhere else.

We have stayed here often, but this time we were on the 4th floor and there were quite a few leaks in hallway. Grant it was raining, but fixing it would be better then trash cans collecting the water.

Do NOT recommend this property. Hotel needs renovation ASAP. It’s old and smelly

The hotel was pretty good, we had some issues though. We were told we could do an early check in when we called but when we got there, Carlos, made us wait 3 1/2 outside with our puppy, since they are not allowed inside (your room only). Everything was comfy, especially the bed. The room was super clean, we saw some roaches lurking in the bathroom, though. The night staff and everyone else was super nice, especially the night staff guy, I think his name was Jeff. Cool guy, thank you

The staff was helpful and considerate, the room was clean with no funny smells.

Great location, quiet, friendly staff and clean rooms

It was ok but could have had continental breakfast for the guest!

Everything was good no complaints. The staff was friendly it was a good location and they even had a shuttle.
