Hotel repeatedly claimed to not have any rooms. Said they had no reservations under my name. Showed the details of my reservation and they claimed that since it was reserved in April, the reservation expired. What sense does that make??
After contacting your helpdesk, they suddenly found my reservation... Then charged me double the price of what I had booked, coming to $436. When I got to the room, I found out why. They had given me a honeymoon room with a goofy heart-shaped jacuzzi and a single king sized bed instead of the room I had booked with two double beds.
One of the "clean" towels folded and in the towel rack had a bunch of pubes and feces in it. The jacuzzi was filthy. Electrical outlets were literally falling apart.
Simply an awful experience all around. I want the difference between my reserved price and paid price back.
