We had to change rooms because the room and the carpet was so very dirty. So bad that we couldn’t believe they put us in 1904. The safe were ok about it and moved us the next morning. The new Junior Suite was so much better and no carpet. Great location

Deposition

I have lived at this hotel for probably 6 years and visit several times a year, but now they have started with a deposit of 2000bath which is not so fun when you are going home and don't want to have so much cash left and you haven't had this before and no other hotels take deposits.

While I agree with others that it is older looking and parts are worn I would stay again. Location is perfect if you like shopping. Wide variety of food for breakfast and very friendly staff.
