Weather was awesome

This place should not be classified as 5 star. Stay at the shores club it’s a sister property and Amazing truly give star We rented a penthouse at each. Palms: terrible room service menu, older rooms with broken appliances, no turndown service and staff is simply not trained like a five star hotel. They were nice just more like a four star staff. There’s a big difference. Additionally the hotel Did not acknowledge our trip as a wedding celebration despite that we let them know.

Great view and very spacious rooms. Dinner was great that was served with the special dinner on the beach setup. The other food was ok. Service was sometimes slow but understandable given the amount of staff. As stated the room was beautiful with an amazing view, but we could hear our neighbors easily from the bedroom. There was also a water leak that kept causing the water to be shut off at very inconvenient times. However, Jeff did all he could to make the situation right and I truly appreciate that effort and it made all the difference.

Beautiful property. Gorgeous room with more amenities then you will ever need. Although the service was super friendly it was super slow. This was particularly bad as the resort was basically empty. No music at the pool. Be prepared to spend a lot of money on food and drinks. However, this isn’t unique to the Palms, it’s tru for the while island.

We arrived in the middle of the covid19 outbreak. There were no reported incidents there. We had limited services but we had a terrific time anyway and we had to leave before it got worse.

This was my third time staying at the hotel and unfortunately I was disappointed. The service is no longer 5 star service , although the staff is always friendly. Some examples. Housekeeping removing bathrobes and not replacing them, after requesting replacement of bathrobes ,we were given a pleasant response of yes right away , however, no follow through . At lunch at the plunge pool , we were brought the wrong meal twice and the wrong check. This was the situation for the two couples beside us as well. Our condo was not up to standards as the knobs of the armoire were falling off and some interior shelving broken. We also had some mechanical issues with our room where we had no water for a period of time. Again, it was not that issues arose but rather the manner in which the problems were solved that was not up to the level it should be for a resort of this caliber. The positives for this resort are the beach front chairs and service are excellent and the dining at the Parallel 23. Overall, I would have to rank it as a 4 star and as such the value for the money is no longer there.

Place is great - clean - staff was very nice, beach was beautiful. 5 star

Fantastic beachfront - and lots to do on the beach - parasailing, snorkeling, kayaks, SUP’s.
