I had a reservation for 2 nights, but my plane delayed from Europe and arrived to NY very late. I arrived to the hotel next day, expecting to use my 2nd night reserved. They informed my reservation was wiped out, so I had to pay again (20 USD more expensive I could get it through internet). I lost 2 nights, and , of course, went to the holiday inn. Maybe a rule from the hotel, but doesnot consider a usual situation of the people that travel. They have denied the refund of the 2nd night they denied to me, and I had paid.
