Residence Inn by Marriott Temple, เทมเพิล

The hotel was great and we will be staying there next year for the stockshow. The hotel is in a weird location and in the dark it is easy to pass by. They could use a taller big sign. The breakfast was great and had so many options. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

First our room was not ready at 3:00 in the afternoon, so we waited in the lobby for 1/2 along with others who were checking in. For some reason we were given a handicap room, not sure why, this took away from someone that needed it. This hotel is non-smoking however cigarette smoke was coming into our room from the room below. 11:00/12:00 at night children running in the halls, playing yelling. Trash left in the trash cans outside for days and not cleaned by anyone, something spilled in the elevator, sticky and left there for 3 days. The maid came to our to clean, I opened the door for her told her to come in, she walked away never to be seen, no towels for us. The room was spacious, the bed was not comfortable, the A/C would shut off while you slept and turn on when you got out of bed, it’s on a sensor. Breakfast was okay, coffee was plentiful. We would not stay here again.

Good location for us, We were there to celebrate 2 family birthdays. Front desk was very courteous and friendly
