Zi Teresa has the cutest pool, where we spent hours every day, despite being in the middle of Sorrento. We had a huge balcony with a view of Naples. There's also a rooftop lounge with view of Vesuvius. The hotel is modest, but checks all the boxes. Our 2nd stay there, will go again.

Mediocre at best.

Unfriendly staff, unable to call front desk from room, poor air conditioning system, when you are not in the room with a key air is completely shut off and the room is so hot when you get in. It takes too long to cool down. The light in our hall was out and it was very dark in the hall. Where our room was. The pool was pretty but they closed it at 4pm! So when you come in from hot day, there is no ac and no pool use! Desk people always looked annoyed, not pleasant at all to speak with. We had dirty dishes outside of our room for days. We did have a nice view from the corner balcony and the breakfast was great. The men who served at breakfast were kind. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area.

Lovely central hotel

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, super clean, and comfy beds. The hotel has a great roof terrace with incredible views across the bay over to Vesuvius. A really convenient location to easily access the main centre of Sorrento, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the station. It is close to one of the main roads through Sorrento so it’s not the quietest location when relaxing by the pool, but we didn’t notice any noise impact at night when sleeping. To note: to use the safe is an extra, so we didn’t.
