There were prepackaged croissants to heat up, yogurt, cereal, and waffles for breakfast. The bathroom in our room had brown stains on the door, and the rooms and hallways smelled stale. The hot tub looked green due to the stains, and you could smell the chlorine as soon as you wenter the hotel. The beds were comfortable though.

Wonderful Staff!!

We were in OKC for a family emergency. Started out with 2 nights, extended another 2 nights, then finally a 5th night. Everyone was very helpful in facilitating the extension. The staff was wonderful!!! To be honest, they were the bright spot of our visit.The hot tub felt excellent after all day at the hospital. I would go back due to the staff anyday!!

I had last minute changes to my itinerary, including a LATE check-in, and Beau was beautiful in accommodating me. He brought extra blankets to my room before I arrived and was very understanding. It was a bit overpriced when we stayed, but I think they may have increased prices because a lot of folks were experiencing a power outage. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the hotel itself was outdated, not very clean, and the pool & hot tub weren’t heated. Additionally, our mattress protector had a big yellow stain on it.

Front desk staff was amazing, smelled and looked good in the lobby, elevator, and hallways. Room was very clean. We stayed the weekend there for our anniversary. Not far from Downtown. Quite location as well.
