NOT GOOD
First let me say that two of the front desk employees were great, I wish I had written down there names. Unfortunately, our stay started off by us not being able to get our rooms until almost 4:30 when check in was at 3:00. We had tickets for a show and because of the delay in getting our rooms, we weren’t able to go to dinner before the show. We had traveled 2 1/2 hours and made sure we were there early to check in. We paid just over $500 for the two rooms and it was NOT worth it. The room was clean but showing a lot of wear. We were given a handicap room with a bed without a box springs, it was horrible!! We are officially done with staying at Marriott’s, nobody cares how much you have paid or if you have received good service. We would not recommend.
