Nice experience，good view of lobby and room,nice staff

This hotel was simply incredible. Since we stepped foot on it the service and attention to detail was amazing. The tours the hotel offers are a must, specially the pingüinera tour (not offered year round since penguins migrate). The hotel uses its own transportation and even own boat. It's so exclusive and private that you won't stop feeling special throughout your stay.

Personeel was top. Ook de excursies via het hotel waren super. De superior kamer heeft voor mijn gevoel niet meer dan anders. Ook in de badkamer waren geen oorstukken, watjes of dergelijke aanwezig Het ontbijt was ook niet bijzonder Het hotel zelf is prachtig gelegen met super mooi uitzicht. Heel relax en wil je naar de stad dan heb je steeds het busje van het hotel beschikbaar.

The well appointed hotel is wonderful and delightfully restful with its spa and pool facilities. Refreshment at the spa include delicious apples and cool lemon and cucumber water, very refreshing and welcoming. We got an upgrade for free and had the mountain and water views that has sunlight from morning till sunset, blissful! The breakfast with various fruits are excellent as well. A very good stay indeed! Highly recommend anyone who want some quietness and stunning views and food.
