When I checked in, they took a credit card but said nothing about charging it. About 30 minutes later, I got a notification that my card was charged. I talk to the manager, who tells me it is their policy to preauthorize for incidentals. I explain to him that charging someone's card without their consent or knowledge constitutes fraud. He seems entirely unconcerned, and refuses to at least give me a receipt/documentation. At checkout, again I ask for a receipt. Again, they refuse. 5 days later the charge is still pending.
Additionally, they enrolled me in their umbrella companies rewards program, meaning they agreed to terms and conditions using my name and contact info. Again, fraud.
