Its very dirty and bathroom have smell. customer services is bad.

I was very well prepared and equiped for the night on the ice block. the best sleep ever away from home. In the evening when things quieted down at the service counter the staff was very willing to chat - a most important thing for the introverted solo traveler in a world made up almost entirely of couples and family groups. was even allowed to sharpen my swedish at their expense. the wake-up hot drink was a very nice feature as was the wood fire in the support lounge. The lockers were beautiful and spacious - would gladly repeat the experience - only disappointment was the crystal clear night without any aurora activity.

Stayed in a cold room and thought it was an incredible experience! The staff could be a bit more hospitable. Check in didn’t really go over much and then we were left to fend for ourselves. When it even came time for bed the desk clerk asked if anyone had given us the tutorial and we said no, this was at 12:30am. When paying a premium slippers might be a nice touch. Also a staff member offering to escort you to your room in order to take a picture would be a nice touch. Ate dinner at the Homestead and the staff was less than accommodating. They were unaware of what gluten and lactose allergies were. The server got who I assume was the manager and she was a bit smug about answering questions. Breakfast was okay, camp ripan has a better one.

IGLOO HOTEL!!! How can you beat that?! Staff was nice and accommodating. From before I even arrived I was able to reach them by email and phone. The excursions were great. Fun, learned some history and was given food/drink. It’s expensive but worth it for a once in a lifetime experience. Everyone I met was very kind as well, all the other visitors

The stay was Interesting and the art was beautiful. The staff didnt really tell you anything about how the hotel worked or where you could get dinner etc and we were quite confused sometimes. when we stayed there was a water outage, so no showers, toilets or drinking water etc. I understand this can happen, but to not have any back up for a situation like this was quite bad. If it was the UK the hotel would have been closed down for this period, but the staff didnt seem to care much and tried to just laugh it off and leave the guests to it. For £700 gbp per night for an ice room i would have expected alot more from the hotel. Summary: * Its great to see the Ice hotel and the artwork is beautiful. * You dont need to stay in an ice room. Its overrated. * Is it worth the money you pay to stay? No

The environment of the ice hotel is beyond our imagination, the main thing in this polar world is to live in a warm and comfortable environment, which is obviously done here. I am glad that we chose the ice hotel for this trip.

Well....we are a bit of travelers and we came late. Clerk was waiting for us late night and she took time to explain every detail. Hotel provided extra warm room for us to change, store closes and luggage. This was VERY nice since it was way cold outside to store luggage in the car. We lasted almost full night in the ice room...but frankly we were not prepared for this adventure and we went to warm room at some point. Breakfast was good and we went to next destination at the morning!
