The concierge and cleaning staff were beyond helpful, kind, and accommodating. The view is obviously the best in the area, waking up with a full view of the blue sky, sea, and isola Bella in the middle is like no other. My only issues are that the rooms are very outdated and the beds are unusually hard and firm - I’m usually not that fussy with beds but the mattress felt more like a block of wood. I also felt the breakfast buffet process was uncomfortable - the selection was not the best or particularly fresh - and I had to stand around for a while waiting for a member of staff to explain how the buffet process worked as I was not allowed to serve myself - which is understandable due to Covid but I believe the process could be made more efficient. Obviously these issues are small and I would still stay here again as the views literally take my breath away. The pool was lovely and pleasant with the hills towering over one side and the sea poking out from either side of the hotel on the other. It’s also pretty well located, it’s a short walk to Isola Bella and I also walked to the cable car and back a few times pretty easily. They make sure to provide you with a little map and explain how to get everywhere which I thought was a very nice touch! A lovely hotel which could easily charge double its price were it to make renovations!

The view from our balcony was amazing, easy walk to gondola taking us up to Taoromina proper. Break fast was amazing

This place is absolutely beautiful - with stunning views! We were so lucky to have 3rd floor corner suite with 3 balconies! Wow... to wake up to the view was top notch!. The location is a little ways away from the old town. But a 10 min walk down the road to the gondola will take you there.The breakfast was really good too - it had everything! The Hotel even had a pool that had a view as well! I would recommend this place for sure!

Although my single room was tiny, it had a magnificent view of the ocean and coast with a gorgeous tiny balcony where I sat each night

Staff were amazing, very helpful. Building very tired, needs work doing to it, we stayed 7 nights but had to move rooms (we extended our stay), the lower ground floor rooms are in need of updating, showers are tiny, electrics not great, wires sticking out & smelt of damp, needs painting. Breakfast good, but you have to ask if they run out of stuff. The pool is good but its just a pool, if you want drinks you have to go downstairs to the ground floor which takes about 10 mins, they had problems with the ice machine, 2/3 days without ice. The reviews from front rooms are amazing, so lovely to wake up to sun/sea.

Didn't like the room as it was just above street level with all the fumes and the top of the coaches were level with our window (no balcony) asked to be moved to a room with a balcony we moved into a not very nice room with a small balcony the day after we arrived they asked for more money per night but we refused to pay as this room wasn't an improvement on the first room we had which was nice and large but not in a good position both rooms were what I would call very basic the bar wasn't very well stock no orange juice to go with vodca the (hot) breakfast was warm or cold the tables were not cleared the resturant staff were not very helpful or friendly the reception staff were friendly and helpful

It had a very good view over the bay and a nice terrace area in which to sit.

Hotel is very close to the beach and lift up the mountain. Parking on the street (literally) If you want some privacy and to avoid the crowded beaches, this hotel has a clean and private pool with ocean views. Breakfast was good- take a few minutes and squeeze some oranges to make some OJ. Friendly, helpful staff. Large hotel patio, overlooks the ocean

Nice pool and view. Rooms basic but ok- very firm bed and tiny shower. Have to walk on road to get anywhere which is dangerous. Breakfast average. But fine for overnight stay.
