Very easy to get to and to park. Safe parking area. Mall 5 minutes away and lots of food options. Clean, spacious rooms with a full kitchen that included pots and pans as well as basic utensils. They also had a really nice complementary breakfast with lots of fresh fruit as well as warm items served in a really nice breakfast area. Fantastic staff experience as well.

I love that this location is so close to the Holyoke mall. The breakfast, coffee all day and pool were nice perks! I just wish the ice machine had worked on our floor but other than that we had a great stay and will be back!
