The hotel is well centered in Madrid, 15min avarage walking distance from important cites. Our room was small but, the bathroom need to adjust the shower entrance. I almost can get in or get out of the shower. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast need a little more options.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the streets and the liveliness of the areas surrounding our property. The streets were very busy and nightlife was very pleasant.. shops opened late and it was very safe to walk around and see the city and shops. Staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing. First, thank you for helping make my trip to Madrid a memorable one. Breakfast was very good, and was filling enough where I could get my sight seeing for the day done and then get lunch. The location of the hotel was perfect; just a 20 minute walk to Atocha Station and a 15 minute walk to the big museums like Thyssen, El Prado, and Reina Sofia; and from centers such as Sol and Plaza Mayor. No shortage of food places and a laundromat was conveniently located down the street. Service was attentive. Sadly, the European style toilets tend to jam and mine did—twice. But the front desk was helpful and was able to fix it swiftly. Once again, sorry about that. Hopefully I’ll be able to come back and visit soon. I miss it already.
