I liked the staff she was very nice and anything i asked for was met with swift and promt service. I didnt like the bed sheets were stained , we were sent to a room that was alŕeady occupied and the lobby had a bad oder. It was a bit pricy for the quality of the hotel.

JFK flight was canceled and needed a place to stay for one night leaving early and was budget friendly. Overall thus met all criteria, and had friendly staff. Facilities were dated but clean. Location was great, near restaurants to make an extra night worthwhile.

The staff are all very friendly especially the Front Desk! The room is clean and the location is convenient. I felt safe. But there are a few stains in the tub and some musty smell at first when I put the air on. Note that they don't have a complimentary breakfast. The room I was in didn't have a fridge nor microwave.

Can’t beat the location if you want to be in Chinatown and near the subway station. It was even closer than it seemed on Google street view and easy to find from the subway station. A very simple, good place.
