Loved the vibe of this hotel. Loads of locals using the cafe and the beds were comfy! Location was close enough to the restaurants but out the way enough for it to be quiet. Enjoyed my stay here! One of the nicer and cleaner places I have stayed in Italy, in a budget price range so that was a welcome surprise. Easy check-in and kind staff that helped us store our luggage before we left for the airport. Great coffee and sitting area available downstairs. I will stay here the next time I am in Pisa. Thanks!

A lovely little hotel with a great coffee shop, frequented by locals. It is an old building so some amenities in the room may not be what some are looking for. But if you simply want a very comfortable, local experience, it is wonderful! We would stay there again.

Hotel overall was great. AC in room didn’t work. I was on the top floor so it was unpleasantly warm. Staff had one other room where the AC didn’t work as well. They told me to just open a window and it was pretty noisy at night. I didn’t sleep well.

The hotel room we had didn't have a great view as the window were facing the courtyard, but this was probably the biggest plus for me, as it was extremely silent. There was no noise whatsoever during our journey. The bar on the ground floor had the best spritz I ever had and it's open 24 hours so whenever you need to drink or eat something, they're there. Quality/price is also very good both in the bar and the hotel. On the negative side, our shower had the "arm" broken so you couldn't just place the handle on it and have a shower, which was a bit annoying. Also there was no full size mirror to check your full outfit before going out. Wifi speed was one of the best I ever found in a hotel. Overall we really appreciated our stay.

Very nice location close to everything. The hotel room was clean and basic. Although it could be nice with some pictures on the wall in the room and some more light in the bathroom :). But that were small things. All over you can´t complaint as the hotel is a 3* hotel. There is a café in the hotel, where it´s possible to buy cold and warm drinks, average bakery food, meal courses which the café can warm for you and ice cream. You can sit outside and enjoy these, but there is also a room inside with tables and chairs, where you can sit if needed. Note that the reception is staffed by the same persons as in the cafe. Sometimes it could seem a little chaotic, as the staff had to be in 2 places both handling cafe and hotel customers at the same time. But they were nice, polite and helpfull :) We will sure recommend the hotel to other travellers going to Pisa.

Hotellet var ok. Bra renhold. Vi fikk kun 2 senger når vi hadde bestilt for 3 enkelt senger. Ble trekt et ekstra gebyr på 2000kr jeg ikke vet hva er. Så det ble en dyr overnatting. Men ellers et greit overnattingssted.

Gem of a Hotel

We loved this hotel. The reception was also a popular cafe during the day with great selection of snack foods and drinks available 24hrs. The room was simply furnished but very comfortable, with very good air conditioning and powerful shower. Great location for exploring Pisa which we find to be a very friendly and lively city. We’d definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Pisa.
