It is really unfortunate that you listed a hotel that may not align with your customer satisfaction goals regarding travel plan change.
I would need to think carefully for booking with you next time, going forward I think I may book directly with the hotels or used other available options.
I will share my experience at work and with friends and acquaintance.
Finally ... it is very frustrated not be able to reply a simple response to you, that is why I am using survey.

I felt the workers were more accomodating to Asian guests than any colored skin guests. Not much choices of things to do around the property. The property is huge but we stayed on the 1st floor which did not have a view but rather a sliding door to a field of uncared for grass and weeds. The Onsen was a good experience but I wish it was much more English speaking /signs friendly.

The room was very modern. Compared to other reviews about old or worn out furnishings mine appeared to be brand new. However, if you are used to western hotels prepare for a VERY small room, bed and bathroom especially.

Foi ótima, há um Onsen muito bom com parte ao ar livre e fechada. Quartos bons e limpos. E o serviço de ônibus funciona muito bem Narita, shopping e aeroporto.Ótimo custo benefício.

nice,one night stay. Nice onsen but not much anything else to do. Limited times for lunch and bfast very busy. The staff should be little bit more kind and it is very different in other hotels around Japan.
