This hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the historic centre. We arrived late and I was concerned about parking but even though they only had 4 spaces - we managed to get one. The reception staff gave us lots of info and a map of where up go etc. No Hotel bar and no garden or nice view from room but good breakfast and lovely staff.

Disappointed

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room itself was okay, but nothing special, and the breakfast was also quite underwhelming. What truly ruined the experience, however, was the staff. They were unfriendly, and at one point, a staff member even threatened to call the police on me simply because I wanted to have a guest over. To make matters worse, this person mocked me by saying that this was not a hotel “for having boom boom,” which was both humiliating and completely unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such treatment at any hotel before, and both I and my guest were left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. The only positive aspect I can mention is the location – the hotel is in a quiet area with a convenient setting. Unfortunately, apart from that, I cannot find much good to say.

Our stay at Hotel Principe di Villafranca was good. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the stay. We cannot speak on the parking situation as we did not have a rental car. It was a 25 minute walk to the town center and plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in vicinity
